Refund Policy

Refund and Guarantee Policy — Implementation Partnership Agreement Terms

1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1. In these terms, “ScaleEdge” (also “we”, “us”, “our”) means ScaleEdge, and “the Client” (also “you”, “your”) means the person or business who signs the implementation partnership agreement with ScaleEdge.

2. The Deal — Fee and Payment Schedule

2.1. ₹95,000 including GST.

2.2. Pay in full at signing, or ₹50,000 at signing plus ₹45,000 within 30 days.

3. Cancellation Within the 7-Day Window

3.1. Cancel within 7 days of signing, before onboarding starts, for a full refund — no questions asked.

4. The Guarantee — Refund and Compensation Triggers

4.1. If it does not work, you get your full ₹95,000 back plus ₹1,00,000 compensation.

4.2. It does not work if either is true:

  • By Day 180, the system has not brought at least ₹1,90,000, twice your fee, from new buyers through the funnel; or
  • We do not take your system live within 14 days of onboarding, provided your inputs were on time.

5. Conditions of the Guarantee

5.1. Day-30 launch checklist complete: access given, calls recorded, approvals within 48 hours, and the client-acquisition plan in your written 180-day plan running from launch, organic, paid, or both; where paid ads are included, at the agreed minimum.

5.2. You attended the weekly calls.

5.3. Offer, price, and campaigns not changed without both sides agreeing in writing.

5.4. Claim raised once, in writing, within 15 days after Day 210, with payment records.

5.5. Collections counted: payments from new funnel buyers, including GST, up to Day 210.

6. Not Covered (Exclusions)

6.1. Ad spend, software, tools and other third-party costs are yours, paid directly by you — not refunded.

7. Payout

7.1. Approved refunds and compensation are paid within 10 working days, to the account the fee was paid from.

8. General

8.1. Chargebacks: Disputing a payment after delivery without valid grounds may lead to legal action to recover costs.

8.2. Governing Law: Laws of India. Disputes go through the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
